Sending a Delayed Fax From Memory

1Load your documents.

2Press the SELECT FUNCTION key.

3Press the 1/DELAYED TX One-Touch key. The display shows

DELAYED TX and today’s date.

4Press NO . The display shows DELAYED TX DATE. Or, if the transmission is to occur on

the same day, press

YES

and go to Step 6.

5Using the numeric keypad, enter the date on which you wish the transmission to begin.

6Press YES . The display shows DELAYED TX TIME.

7Using the numeric keypad, enter the time on which you wish the transmission to begin.

Tip: Be sure to enter the time using the 24- hour clock (i.e., 8:00 a.m. would be entered as 08:00, and 8:00 p.m. would be entered as 20:00).

8Press YES . The display shows SELECT LOCATIONS.

9Select a location. Refer to the instructions below.

Canceling a Delayed Transmission

To cancel a delayed transmission from the docu- ment feeder or from memory before it has been sent, follow the instructions below.

1Press the STOP key. The display shows

COMMUNICATION CANCEL.

2Press YES . The display shows the Loca- tion ID of the delayed transmission currently loaded in your machine.

3 Press

YES

.

4If the delayed transmission was a feeder transmission, press the STOP key again to remove the document from the document feeder.
