To record an outgoing message for Answer and record mode

This message can be up to 20 seconds long.

1At the base station - Press OK/Menu then 4 then 1. The display shows 41 RECORD OGM.

3Press OK/Menu. The display shows

PLEASE OFF HOOK OGM.

4At the handset - Press the green button and start speaking to record your outgoing message. The display on the base station shows RECORD and the recording time left in seconds.

5Press the red button on the handset to stop recording. The base station replays the recorded message before returning to standby.

To check your OGM, press OK/Menu then 4 then 2 then 1 and OK/Menu.

Using the answering machine

1At the base station - Press OK/Menu then 4 then 1. The display shows 41 RECORD OGM.

411 OGM and 412 SIMPLE OGM.

3Press the button to select 412 SIMPLE OGM.

4Press OK/Menu to confirm the selection. The display shows PLEASE OFF HOOK SIMPLE OGM.

5At the handset - Press the green button and start speaking to record your outgoing message. The display on the base station shows RECORD and the recording time left in seconds.

6Press the red button on the handset to stop recording. The base station replays the recorded message before returning to standby.

To check your answer only OGM, press OK/Menu then 4 then 2 then 2 and OK/Menu.
