Nothing will operate
■Is the main or regulator gas shutoff valve in the off position?

■Is the grill properly connected to the gas supply? Contact a trained repair specialist or see Installation Instructions.

■Is the 5,000 mAmp power supply cord unplugged? Plug into a grounded 3 prong outlet.
■Has a household fuse blown, or has a circuit breaker tripped?
Replace the fuse or reset the circuit breaker. If the problem continues, call an electrician.
For models with electronic grill display
■Was a Flame Time™ cycle used and all of the burner valves not turned “OFF” after the end of the cycle?
Turn all of the burner valves to “OFF” position and then light the burner using its lighting instructions.

Cooking results not what expected
■The exterior of beef and pork may become very dark, but not burnt. This is normal. The interior will remain tender and juicy. Poultry will also darken, especially in areas not covered by skin.
