Garantibegränsningar

Solarielamporna omfattas inte av de internationella garantivillkoren.

Felsökning

Apparaten kanske inte fungerar ordentligt eftersom den inte har installerats eller inte används i enlighet med instruktionerna. I så fall kan du lösa problemet själv genom att läsa felsökningstipsen nedan.

Apparaten startar inte.

Lampenheten har inte ställts i rätt läge (se kapitlet Förberedelser inför användning).

 

Kontakten har inte satts i ordentligt i vägguttaget.

 

Det kan vara strömavbrott. Kontrollera genom att ansluta en annan apparat.

 

Lamporna är fortfarande för varma för att tändas. Låt dem svalna i tre minuter först.

 

Apparaten kyldes inte ned ordentligt och överhettningsskyddet gjorde att apparaten stängdes

 

av automatiskt.Ta bort orsaken till överhettningen (t.ex. en handduk som blockerar ett eller

 

flera ventilationshål).Vänta i tio minuter och slå sedan på apparaten igen.

Säkringen bryter strömmen när du slår på

Kontrollera säkringen för strömkretsen som solariet är anslutet till. Rätt säkringstyp är en 16 A-

solariet eller under användning.

När solarielamporna har använts under lång tid minskar andelen UV-ljus som utstrålas. Detta

 

märks först efter flera års användning. Du kan då antingen sola lite längre vid varje tillfälle eller

 

byta ut lamporna.
