If you are using OWA to access your Outlook account, you can use any browser that is supported by OWA. Using Internet Explorer is recommended because it gives you full functionality and provides access to all features.

OWA can be installed and used without installing Outlook. If Outlook not installed, the RISS Web Interface can still perform an archive search, but it cannot export a PST file.
