To cancel absence information, do the following:
1.Press Menu, select , and press Select.
2.Select Call services, and press Select.
3.Select Absence and press Select.
4.Select Deactivate and press Select.
The phone calls up the system. Wait for the call timer to start in the display.
5.Press to finish the procedure. The absence information is deleted.

| you are authorized to do so, and if your own extension is the answering | |

| To order absence information for another extension, do the following: | |
