Select Sent to forward a sent message and press Select.

3.Select a message, and press View.

4.Press More and select Forward, and press Select.

5.Edit the message (optional), and press Send.

6.Dial the number, or press the soft key to select a number from the contact list, and press Send to forward the message.

Manual Message Waiting (MMW)

The Manual Message Waiting (MMW) feature enables you to send and receive message waiting signals when the line is busy

MMW allows you to send a message waiting signal to an extension that does not answer when you call (if this feature is allowed, this is set by the system administrator).

MMW allows you to receive a message waiting signal from someone who has tried to contact you.

15.2.1

Answering a Manual Message Waiting

If there is a message waiting for you, you will hear a special dial tone, and the following message is displayed: New voice mail message(s).

View now?

To answer a message waiting, do the following:

1.Press Yes to open the mailbox (or No to check the message later).

The icon is displayed along with the following message: You have a new voice mail message. Call to listen to

the message.

2.Press Call.

A call is initiated to the extension that requested the MMW.

15.2.2

Ordering an MMW Indication

To order a MMW indication to another extension, do the following:

1.Press *31*.

2.Dial the extension number and press # and . Wait for the call timer to start in the display.
