To build your storage space with the express method:

1In the Enterprise View, select the controller you want.

2On the toolbar, click Create.

3When the wizard opens, select Express configuration..., then click

Next.

4Review the information that is displayed.

In the example below, Adaptec Storage Manager has used three

equal-sized disk drives t o aut omatically cr eat e one logical driv e with

RAID 5 and a hot spare.
