Severity levels defined

Severity	Definition
Severe	Requires immediate action. Severe events can cause incorrect
	operation of the Battery Management System or can cause loss of
	power protection during a power failure.
Warning	Needs action if the condition worsens, but does not require immediate
	attention.
Informational	Requires no action.

All Battery Management System events and some

Management Card events have a severity level.
