Caution
Do not place books, paper, or other
items on the scanner.
Do not place the scanner in an area
where there is a lot of smoke, dust,
chemical fumes or vibration.
Do not leave the power cord plugged into the AC outlet if the scanner is not used for an
extended period.
Do not place the scanner on an uneven or unstable surface.
Do not use the feeder tray as a handle.
At least two people should carry the scanner. They should lift and hold the scanner securely
with hands placed under the front and back sides.
