Scanner Manual Feed Setting
You can use the ADF (Automatic Document Feeder) to scan a document one sheet at a time. This setting is not recommended for multiple or batch feeding; the bottom feeder roller is dropped, making it easier to scan thicker documents through the ADF.
To scan a single sheet manually, perform the following procedure:
