spanning-tree instance
Sets restrictions for the port of particular MSTP instance.
Synopsis spanning-tree instance instance_id [cost cost |priority priority|restricted-role |restricted-tcn]
no spanning-tree instance instance_id [cost cost |priority priority|restricted-role |restricted-tcn]
Operands instance_id Specifies the MSTP instance. The range of valid values is 1-15.
cost cost Specifies the path-cost for a port. The range of valid values is 1-20000000.
priority priority Specifies the port priority for a bridge in increments of 16. The range of valid
values is 0-240.
restricted-role Specifies to restrict the role of a port.
restricted-tcn Specifies to restrict the propagation of the topology change notifications from
a port.
Defaults The default path-cost value is 2000 on a 10 Gbps Ethernet interface.
