Step 3 Saving the edited stitch pattern

In order to apply your edited stitch pattern as a programmable fill stitch or as a stamp to a region in Layout & Editing or Design Center, you must first save it as a .pas file. (In Motif mode, the file is saved as a .pmf file.)

For this example, the file is saved as a .pas file.

1Save the created pattern.

Click File, then Save.

Select the drive and the folder, and then type in the file name.

Click Save.

2Quit Programmable Stitch Creator.

Click File, then Exit.
