Before You Begin
Log in to DMM.
Choose LDAP or SSO as your authentication method.
Define LDAP filters.
Procedure
Step1
Click Administration.
Step2
Choose Security > Authentication> Synchronize Users.
Tip Is the Synchronize Users tab disabled (dimmed), so that you cannot click it? If so, refresh your browser.
Step3
Find the relevant bookmark among all your saved bookmarks.
Step4
Choose Update as the synchronization type.
Step5
Click Submit.
Note Please wait. Your request might take as long as 1minute to process (CSCtn22370).
Step6
Stop. You have completed this procedure.
