Paper Jams
3.Push the paper drawer back into the high capacity feeder, making sure the drawer is properly closed.
4.Check the display to make sure the printer is ready for printing.
Clearing an E7 Jam
If an E7 error code precedes the error message on the first line of the control panel display, paper has jammed at the duplexer. Use the following procedure to clear a paper jam in this location:
1.Locate the hand grip on the rear cover and pull the rear cover open.
