Paper Jams
Do not touch any parts inside the duplex printing unit.
Grasp both sides of the duplex printing unit and pull it toward you to remove it. Carefully remove any jammed paper from the duplex unit or from within the printer.

WARNING: The fuser unit becomes very hot right after the printer has been used. Be careful not to touch the fuser unit.
