When using test pressures greater than 1/2 psig to pressure test the gas supplysystem of the residence, disconnectthe range and individual shut-offvalvefrom the gas supplypiping.When using test pressures of 1/2 psig or less to test the

gas supplysystem,simplyisolatethe rangefrom the gas supplysystembyclosingthe individual shut-offvalve.
