INTRODUCTION

About the P485 Modbus to Profibus Converter

APPLICATION The P485 Modbus to Profibus Converter (or P485) acts as a gateway between the Modbus protocol and a Profibus-DP network. Integration of industrial devices is enabled without loss of functionality, control, and reliability, both when retrofitting to existing equipment as well as when setting up new installations.
