Tools and materials required:

•#2 Phillips screwdriver

•Drill and 1/8", 9/32" bits

•Custom door panels

•Safety glasses

•Center punch

•Masking tape

•Hammer

•Pencil

•1/2" thick 12" x 12" min. piece of plywood to protect floor when drilling

•For stainless steel panels wear gloves to

protect against sharp edges.

ZKHTSS1 INSTALLATION

•3/4" custom panels must be routed to accommodate these handle extrusions. Rout the panels as illustrated, 1/4" deep, and 1-13/16" wide, top to bottom on the handle side.

•Follow the instructions in the ZKT trim kit to install support brackets to the bottom of the fresh food and freezer panels. For models with full width dispenser trim, install the support bracket to the bottom of the lower panel only. Do not install a bracket to the top of the lower panel or the bottom of the upper panel as shown in the ZKT trim kit instructions. These brackets are not required for this kit.
