4.18 UPDATE X1D LENS FIRMWARE
MAIN MENU > GENERAL SETTINGS > CHECK FOR UPDATE
1Press the Settings icon on the Touch Display.
2The General Settings Menu appears.
3Press the General Settings Check for Update button.
4The camera will now check the inserted card/cards for update files.
Swipe right or press Menu / EXIT button to get back to Main Menu.

UPDATE LENS FIRMWARE PROCEDURE
1Attach the lens to the X1D Camera.
2Download the latest XCD Lens Firmware from www.hasselblad.com.
3Save the Firmware file to a SD Card.
4Insert the SD Card in the X1D Camera.
5Select Settings from the Main Menu.
6Select Service / Firmware Update / Check for Update.
7Make sure the Firmware File Name and Number corresponds to the latest Firmware File you have downloaded.
8Select Update.
9Select Update in the Update Dialogue to start the X1D Lens Firmware Update.
10During the update the text "Update in progress" is displayed on the X1D Camera Display.
11Do not turn off the X1D Camera during the Update Progress.
12The Update will take several minutes.
13When the Update is finished this text will be displayed: "Update is completed!".
14The new Lens Firmware is now installed!
