USING PAPER, CARDS, ENVELOPES, TRANSPARENCIES, AND LABELS

Using Standard Size Paper

Use this procedure to print on standard size paper or transparency ﬁlm with your HP DeskJet 670C Series printer. Paper and transparency sizes that are considered standard are: U.S. Letter (8.5 x 11 inches) and U.S. Legal (8.5 x 14 inches).

1.Slide the paper width adjuster to its leftmost position.

2.Pull out the paper length adjuster.

N O T E

Make sure the card guide (used when printing on index cards and postcards) is in the down position. (See the drawing on page 36 in the procedure Using Index Cards and Postcards for the location of the card guide.)

3.Remove up to approximately 1/2 inch (1 cm) stack of paper from the packaging. Fan the edges of the paper stack to separate the pages. Then tap the short edge of the stack on a ﬂat surface to even the stack.
