Light description/Light pattern

The Power light is on, and the Resume light and one or more ink cartridge lights blink.

Explanation and recommended action

One of the following has occurred.

One or more of the ink cartridges are almost depleted and may results in poor print quality. Replace the existing ink cartridges to avoid poor print quality. To continue printing using the existing ink cartridges, press the (Resume button).

NOTE: Ink level alerts and indicators provide estimates for planning purposes only. When you receive a low-ink alert, consider having a replacement cartridge available to avoid possible printing delays.

One or more of the ink cartridges are depleted. Replace the existing ink cartridges with genuine HP ink cartridges.

CAUTION: HP cannot guarantee the quality or reliability of non-HP supplies. Product failure or damage attributable to the use of non- HP ink cartridge will not be covered under warranty. If you believe you have purchased a genuine HP ink cartridge, visit www.hp.com/ go/anticounterfeit.

To continue printing using the existing ink cartridges, press the (Resume button).

You have just installed a new printhead and the ink in the ink cartridge is low. There might be insufficient ink to initialize the printhead. Make sure the indicated ink cartridge is properly installed. If this symptom persists, replace the indicated ink cartridge with new ink cartridge or press the

(Resume button) to continue using the existing ink cartridge.
