7.Supply the device driver for the adapter as per usual to complete the installation.
Active PCI Manager is not required to hot add an adapter, but the use of the blink slot tool will reduce the likelihood of error. The use of the Add Card Wizard can insure that the adapter slot selection will result in an optimal configuration, if used correctly.
5.1.3 Analyzing an existing configuration
Active PCI Manager can be used to analyze an existing configuration and assist with the optimization of that configuration, if required. We have intentionally
