8. Search for file with [ip511] at the beginning of file name in the "\Winnt" folder and delete them.
If you cannot delete file, log off once and log on again.

Select the [Print Spooler] in the list of [Services] window, and click the [Start] button.
Restart the computer.
The printer driver will delete/uninstall.
