1.5 Serial Interface

UDS-10 has a female DCE DB-25 serial port that supports RS232 and RS485/422 serial standards (firmware selectable) up to 115.2 Kbps.

Note 1: The Device Server can alternately be powered up via the serial port using one of these pins.

Note 2: The minus sign (-) is sometimes shown as A (TXA), and the plus sign is sometimes shown as B (TXB)

1.6 RJ-45 Ethernet Interface

The UDS-10’s back panel contains a 9-30VDC power plug, a reset switch, and an RJ-45 (10Base-T) Ethernet port that supports up to 10 Mbps.
