Using Direct Send
Contacts entries that contain only addresses
cannot be sent. When Contacts entries are
received, they do not include ring tones or pictures.
These items from the recent calls list can be sent:
Contact information sent fr o m oth er ph ones
Calls to or from numbers store in your Contacts
list
Sending Information During a Call
1While in a Boost Walkie-TalkieTM call, press m.
2Select Contacts or Recent Calls.
3Scroll to the Contacts entry or item in the recent
calls list you want to send.
4When Ready to Send appears on the dis pl ay,
press the Boost Walki e-TalkieTM button to send
the information.
Starting a Call by Sending Informatio n
1From the Contacts list, scroll to o r select the
entry you want to se nd. -or-
From the recent calls list, scroll to or select the
item you want to send.
2Press m.
3Select Direct Send Contact.
4Use the keypad to enter the Boost
Walkie-Talk ieTM number you want to se nd. -or-
Press A under Browse. Select Contacts,
Recent Calls, or Memo. Select the number you
want to enter.
5When Ready to Send appears on the displ ay,
press the Boost Walkie-TalkieTM button to send
the information.
Receiving My Info or Contact Information
When you receive My Info or cont ac t info rm at io n
from another phone, an icon appears on the
display:
To view the information while still in the Boost
Walkie-TalkieTM call:
1Press m.
2Select View Con tact.
You can also view My Info fro m other phones on
the recent calls list. See “Rece nt Cal ls ” o n page 29.
