Ring Tones
To set the ring tone your phone makes when you
receive phone calls, cal l alerts, message
notifications, or Datebook remi nders:
1From the main menu, select Ring Tones.
2Make sure VibeAll is set to Off.
3Scroll through the list of ring tones and select the
one you want to assi gn. Vibrate sets your phone to
vibrate instead of ma king a sound; Silent sets your
phone to neither vib rate nor make a soun d.
Tip: Highlight a ring tone to hear it.
4Select the features you want to assigned the ring
tone to.
Tip:A c heckmark next to a feature means th e
current ring tone has been ass ig n to it . To
remove the assignm ent, select the fea ture.
5When you are finished, press A under Done.
Note:This icon M appears on the display if y ou se t
your phone to neither vibr ate nor make a
sound for phone calls.

Setting Your Phone to Vibrate

You can set your phone to vibrate instead of making
a sound when you receive all phone calls, Boost
Walkie-TalkieTM calls, call alerts, message
notifications, and Datebook r eminders.
1From the main menu, select Ring Tones >
VibeAll.
2Set this option to On.
Tip: Pressing the volume controls to turn down the
volume as far as possible sets VibeAll to On.
To set your phone to vibrate instead of making a
sound for some feat ures but not other s:
1From the main menu, select Ring Tones.
2Make sure VibeAll is se t to Off.
3Select Vibrate from the list of ring tones.
4Select the features you want t o set to make no
sound.
5When you are finishe d, press A under Done.
