Changing Your Password
Reply to a message — press 8.
Save the message — press 9.
Skip to the next message — press #.
Messages that are not saved or deleted remain in
your mail box as new messages. All messages are
automatically deleted after 21 days.
To retrieve deleted messages, press *3. This
option only applies to t h e cur ren t v oi ce m ai l s ess ion.
If you end the call, the messages will be
permanently deleted.
Important: After exiting the voice mail session, you
cannot recover deleted messages.
Changing Your Password
1From the main voice mail menu, press 4 to
access personal options.
2Press 4 to access personal preferences.
3Press 1 to modify password.
4Enter your new pass word. It must be 4 t o 7 digits
long.
Note:It is important that you choo se a number
that is easy for you to remember, but hard
for someone else to guess. Passwords
using all the same digits, for example
4,4,4,4 or a sequen tial series of digits,
1,2,3,4, will not be accepted.
5Press ** to return to the main menu.

Recording Your Name
When you send, reply to, or copy a message, your
name response precedes the message. To record
or re-record your name at any time:
1From the main voice mail menu, press 4 to
access personal op tions.
2Press 4 to access personal preferenc es.
3Press 3 to access the record your name option.
4Press 2 to record your name.
5Press ** to return to the main menu.

Recording Your Active Greeting

You may want to include one or all of the following
options in your gre eti ng so t hat ca ll ers w ill k now they
are available.
Press 1 to send a numeric message.
Press 2 to send an operator-assisted me ssage.
(This option is available only if you are a
