SIM ToolKit Get Information +STGI)
Description: This command allows you to get the information (text to display, Menu information,
priorities.) of a pro-active command sent from the SIM. The information is returned only after
receiving a SIM Toolkit indication (+STIN).
Syntax: Command syntax: +STGI=<Cmd>
