Request Manufacture Identification +GMI Description: The command is used to cause the DCE to transmit one or more lines of information text,
determined by the manufacturer, which is intended to permit the user of the DCE to identify
the manufacturer.

Note: When there is no stored PRL, the value displayed for the PRL ID will be 0.
