7.Failure of the Y (to and fro) Handle Function
(Improper torque to tum the Y knob due to inferior fitting of the bush @).
Cause: (1) Looseness of the nuts @ , @.
(2)The weared Delrin washer @ or @ , or the wave washer @.
<Repair and Adjustment >
(!)The loosened nuts @. @ are to be fastened firm.
Then, check the Y knob @ torque (or tltting of the bush@ ).
(2)The weared Delrin washer @ , @ or the wave washer @ are to be replaced with spares.
Procedure (For the Delrin washer @, wave washer @)
i)Foilow the disassembling procedure 4) - lO) (P. 4 ).
ü) Exchange the weared Delrin washer @ or the wave washer @. ili) Foilow the reassembling procedure (P. 8).
iv)Check the torque to tum the Y knob @ (or fitting of the bush @).
Procedure (For the Delrin washer @)
i)Follow the disassembling procedure of the stage 4)- 12) (P. 4).
ü) Exchange the weared Delrin washer @ .
iii)Foilow the reassembling procedure (P. 8).
iv)Check the torque to tum the Y knob @Cor t1tting of the bush @).
8.SIKk of the Handle Assembly
Cause: Looseness of the fixing screws @ x 2
