(2)Loosened screws @ are to be tightened firm and inferior position of (D is to be readjusted.

Procedure /

Slightly releasing the screws @x 2 adjust the G position and check wobbling in the

Xmovement.

5.Wobbling in Y (to and fro) Movement

Cause: ( l) Slack, sticking, squeezing in the Y guide rai! assembly.

a)Inferior meshing of the rack @ and the pinion @ .

b)Dent on the Y guide rails @ , the rollers@or deformed retainers

G).

e)Dust, soil or scratch on teeth of the rack @ or the pinion @.

(2)Looseness of the screws e§ or inferior adjustment of the Y guide block

<Rapar and Adjustment >

(1 )-a) If the rack@ and pinion @ rneshing is inferior adjust their position.

Procedure

i)The rack @ position is to be adjusted slightly releasing the screws @ •2.

ü) Check wobbling in the Y rnovement.
