Make sure you put a space before the ending slash (/) in step 5.

Note: The data from the CDs is copied to the default directory unless the required disk space is not available (3.5 GB on the /IMS partition). If a directory is entered, it must either be a new directory or empty. This allows for easy removal of files later.

11Please insert Oracle Disks [2-6] into the CD-ROM drive [Enter]

Note: You will receive the following prompts for each CD entered:

Copying files from CDROM to /IMS/ora_cds/Disk [1-6]

Performing check sum on /IMS/ora_cds/Disk [1-6]

Contact support if you do not receive the following response:

Check sum Oracle Disk [1-6] passed for each

Oracle CD inserted into the CDROM.

ATTENTION

In step 12 you will enter the hostname twice. The

sec_db_hostname is the same as the pri_db_hostname for a 2 or 4-server non-redundant configuration.
