Lift the handset.

Press the SP-PHONE button.

Press the MONITOR button. (To start talking, lift the handset.)

On-hook (One of the following).

Hang up.

Press the SP-PHONE button.

Press the MONITOR button.

Press CANCEL button.

Press the corresponding feature button on the proprietary telephone.
