Polycom RMX 2000 Administrator’s Guide

2In the Profile field, select a Profile in which the Operator Conference

option is selected.

Upon selection of the Operator Conference Profile, the Display Name

is automatically taken from the RMX User Login Name. This name

cannot be modified.

Only one Operator conference can be created for each User Login

name.

3Define the following parameters:

Field Description

Duration Define the duration of the conference in hours using

the format HH:MM (default 01:00).

Notes:

•The Operator conference is automatically

extended up to a maximum of 168 hours.

Therefore, the default duration can be used.

•This field is displayed in all tabs.
