4Select the Telepresence Mode for the participant:

Saving an Ongoing Conference as a Template
Any conference that is ongoing can be saved as a template.
To save an ongoing conference as a template:
1In the Conferences List, select the conference you want to save as a
Template.
2Click the Save Conference () button.
or
Right-click and select Save Conference.
The conference is saved to a template whose name is taken from the
ongoing conference Display Name.

RPX Select this option for room endpoints that transmit
4:3 video format.
TPX Select this option for room endpoints that transmit
16:9 video format.
None Select this option for endpoints that are neither RPX
or TPX room endpoints.
