Immediate Transmission

Limitation

Internet Fax is executed in only Memory Transmission that starts

transmission automatically after

2 storing documents in memory. If you specify Immediate Transmission in Internet Fax, the mode is switched to Memory Transmission while an e-mail address is being entered.

You cannot send the same docu- ment to multiple destinations (broadcasting). Memory Transmis- sion allows this function.

When E-mail TX Results is pro- grammed in a Quick Operation key, you can send notification of Immediate TX Result Report to specified e-mail addresses. The destination for notification is se- lected from Internet Fax destina- tions in the destination list.
