Programming Fax Destinations and Folder Destinations in the Address Book

You can program fax numbers, e-mail addresses, IP-Fax numbers, and folder destinations using Address Book Management in the Administrator Tools menu under System Settings. You can also register programmed fax numbers, e-mail addresses, IP-Fax numbers, and folder destinations in a Group.

❒ When you press the {Facsimile} key to show the facsimile initial display after changing the contents of the Address Book, the “Destination List/Device Settings have been updated.” message appears. Press [Exit] to bring up the fac-

		simile's initial display.
