Specifying a Destination

Note

❒There are three types of title for destination lists; “Title 1”, “Title 2”, and “Title 3”. The above dis- play shows “Title 1”.

Switching the titles of destination lists

A Press .

BPress [Switch Title].

CSelect the type of the title, and then press [Exit].

C Select a destination.

Note

❒Pressing switches the des- tination list between fax num- ber, e-mail address, and IP-Fax number.

Specifying a single destination

A Press the Quick Dial key programmed with the desired des- tination.

Note

❒If the desired Quick Dial key is not shown, press [U] and [T] to look through the list.

❒To cancel the selection, press the selected Quick Dial key

again. You can also press the	2
{Clear / Stop}key to cancel the

selection.

❒To select more destinations, repeat steps B and C.

Specifying a group of destinations

A Press the Quick Dial key programmed with the desired group.

Note

❒The Destination List regis- tered in the group selected in A appears.

❒To cancel any destination(s) among the group, press [UP- rev.] and [TNext] to display the desired destination. Then, press the {Clear/Stop} key.
