❒Press [ProgDest] in this order to store the entered e-mail address in the address book. See p.39 “Registering Entered Destina- tions to the Address Book”.

❒Depending on security settings, [Manual Input] may not be dis- played , and be unable to input.

C Enter the e-mail address destination and then press [OK].

❒If you enter an incorrect charac- ter, press [Backspace] or [Delete All]. Then, re-enter the charac- ters correctly.

❒To change the e-mail address af- ter pressing [OK], press [Edit Dest.], re-enter an e-mail ad- dress, and then press [OK].

Entering an IP-Fax Destination

When using IP-Fax transmission, specify the IP-Fax destination (IP ad- dress, host name, or alias telephone number) in place of the fax number. See p.69 “IP-Fax Function”.

❒You can enter up to 128 characters.
