Protecting Documents Stored in the Document Server

❒If you enter an incorrect password for a document three times consecutive- ly, document access is refused. Turn off the main power switch, and then turn it on to re-enter correctly. However, access attempts for other docu- ments are still accepted.

❒Enter Password using 4-digit number.

CRepeat step B if you want to select more than one document. DPress the [Delete File] key.

A confirmation dialog box appears.

EPress the [Delete] key to delete it.

Note

❒To cancel the delete operation, press the [Do not Delete] key.
