Installing Options
G Mount the brackets of the holder by placing them in the printer and pushing downwards slightly.

H Use the wrench to fasten the four socket screws in the order as shown in the illustration (A - D), to secure the holder to the printer.
Important
❒The order to fasten the screws is: top right, top left, bottom right, and bottom left as viewed from the right side of the print- er. If the screws were not fas- tened in that order, the duplex unit might not close completely or the bypass tray might not work correctly.

I Remove the small cover on the right side of the printer.

J Mount the brackets in the holes inside of the cover that was opened in step I. Use the wrench to fasten the socket screw secur- ing the hook to the printer.

K Lower the duplex unit so that the groove in each arm of the unit forms a joint with the pin inside the holder as shown in the illus- tration.
