Setting Up the Printer

D Align all four sides of the paper stack, and load it into the tray.

❒Do not stack paper over the lim- it mark.

❒When you set thick paper in tray 2, do not stack paper above the lower limit mark (A) of tray 2.

❒To avoid paper multi-feeds, shuffle sheets before setting them in the tray.

❒Load the paper face up onto the tray.

E Align the side guide for the load- ed paper size (B) by opening the release lever of the side guide (A).
