5. Selectthe following items you want to edit and press .

nCategoryto select a category for the call alarm

(Appointment,Business,Meeting,Personal,Vacation,

Travel,or Miscellaneous).

nTime/Dateto edit the start time and date.

nAlarmto select the ringer alarm.

nRepeatto set the Call Alarm’s repeatstatus (Once,

Daily,Weekly,Monthly,or Yearly).

6. Press Save(leftsoftkey) to save the call alarm.

Adding To Do ListItems

Your phone can storeand manageup to 40 To Do Listitems.

1. From the Calendar display, press Options(rightsoftkey).

2. Press the navigation key leftor rightto select Add To Do,

and then press .

3. Enter the description using your keypad and press .

4. Selectan option you want to edit and press .

nCategoryto select an event category (Appointment,

Business,Meeting,Personal,Vacation,Travel,or

Miscellaneous).

nPriorityto select an event priority (None,High,or

Low).

nDue Time/Dateto schedule a due time and date.

nStatusto select a status for the To Do items

(Needs Actionor Completed).

5. Press Save(leftsoftkey) to save the To Do items.
