Activating Your Phone If You Have Canceled the Activation
If you press while activating your phone, the activation
will be canceled and you will be required to activate itfrom
the main menu.
To activate your phone from the main menu:
1. Select >Settings > More… > Data > Update Profile.
2. Follow the onscreen instructions.
Unlocking Your Phone
1. Press to turn the phone on.
2. Press Unlock(leftsoftkey).
3. Enter your four-digitlock code. (For security purposes,
the code is notvisible as you type.)
Tip If you can’trecall your lock code, try using the lastfour digits
of your wireless phone number. If this doesn’twork, call Sprint
Customer Service at1-888-211-4727.
Note To selecta softkey, press the softkey button directly below the
softkey textthatis displayed at the bottom left and bottom
rightof your phone’s display screen. Softkey actions change
according to the screen you’re viewing and will notbe
displayed if there is no corresponding action available.
Note If the phone is notactivated after having performed the steps
above, please call SprintCustomer Service at1-888-211-4727.
Note Do notpress END while the phone is being activated.
Pressing ENDcancels the activation process.
