Note Do notpress END while the phone is being activated.

Pressing END cancels the activation process.

ActivatingYourPhoneIfYouHaveCanceledtheActivation

If you press while activating your phone, the activation will be canceled and you will be required to activate it from the main menu.

Toactivateyourphonefromthemainmenu:

1.Select >Settings>More…>Data>UpdateProfile.

2.Follow the onscreen instructions.

UnlockingYourPhone

1.Press to turn the phone on.

2.Press Unlock (left softkey).

Note To selecta softkey, press the softkey button directly below the softkey textthatis displayed atthe bottom leftand bottom rightof your phone’s display screen. Softkey actions change according to the screen you’re viewing and will notbe displayed if there is no corresponding action available.

3.Enter your four-digit lock code. (For security purposes, the code is not visible as you type.)

Tip

If you can’trecall your lock code, try using the lastfour digits

 

of your wireless phone number. If this doesn’twork, call Sprint
