Restarting the Web Browser

If the Web browser seems to be malfunctioning or stops
responding, you can usually fix the problem by simply
restarting the browser.
1. Press the rightsoftkey to open the browser menu.
2. SelectMore... > Restart Browser.

How will I know when my phone is ready for SprintPower
Vision service?
Your user name (for example, bsmith001@sprint.com)will be
displayed when you access >Settings > Phone Info >
Phone#/User ID.
How do I sign in for the firsttime?
You are automatically signed in to access SprintPower Vision
services when you turn on your phone.
Howdo I know when my phone is connected to Sprintservices?
Your phone automatically connects when Sprintservice is
used or an incoming message arrives. Your phone will also
display the indicator. When you enter an area in which
SprintPower Vision service is available, you will see the icon.
Can I makecalls and use SprintPowerVision services atthe
same time?
You cannotuse voice and SprintPower Vision services
simultaneously. If you receive a call while a SprintPower Vision
service is active, the call may be forwarded to voicemail or the
call is received and SprintPower Vision session may be
interrupted. You can place an outgoing call anytime, butitwill
interruptanyin-progress Sprint Power Vision session.
