If the Web browser seems to be malfunctioning or stops responding, you can usually fix the problem by simply restarting the browser.

1.Press the right softkey to open the browser menu.

2.Select More...>RestartBrowser.

You are automatically signed in to access Sprint Power Vision services when you turn on your phone.

HowdoIknowwhenmyphoneisconnectedtoSprintservices? Your phone automatically connects when Sprint service is used or an incoming message arrives. Your phone will also display the indicator. When you enter an area in which Sprint Power Vision service is available, you will see the icon.

CanImakecallsanduseSprintPowerVisionservicesatthe sametime?

You cannot use voice and Sprint Power Vision services simultaneously. If you receive a call while a Sprint Power Vision service is active, the call may be forwarded to voicemail or the call is received and Sprint Power Vision session may be interrupted. You can place an outgoing call anytime, but it will interrupt any in-progress Sprint Power Vision session.
