Setting the Side Key Guard

This feature enables you to lock external keys while the phone is closed.

1.Press >Settings>More... >SideKeyGuard.

2.Select On or Off and press .

Tip	You can deactivate this feature temporarily by pressing and
	holding the side call key while the phone is closed.

Note	This feature does notapply when the phone is open.

Setting Abbreviated Dialing

ToactivatetheContactsMatchfeature:

1.Press >Settings>More...>CallSetup.

2.Select ContactsMatch>On.

ToactivatethePrependfeature:

1.Press >Settings>More...>CallSetup>Abbrev.Dial.

2.Select Prepend>On.

3.Enter the first five- or six-digit prefix in the Prepend# field and then press OK (left softkey).

■To deactivate this feature, select Off during step 2 above.

Tip	TomakeanAbbreviated Dial call, see “Using Abbreviated
	Dialing”on page 47.

Note	This setting does notapply to 911 or Sprint411.
