Flip the Quick Dial plate over to
access Quick Dial keys 01-32 or 33-
64.
You can have the label stored with
a Quick Dial printed on the first
page received at the other end.

ASet your document and select any
scan settings you require.
BPress the Quick Dial key in which
the destination's number is pro-
grammed.
If the destination's name has been
stored, the name is shown on the
display. Otherwise, the fax num-
ber is shown.
Note
If you make a mistake, press the
{
Clear
} key or {
Stop
} key and
try again. The {
Clear
} key de-
letes one character at a time, and
the {
Stop
} key deletes the whole
line.
If you wish to dial another des-
tination, press [
Add
] and dial an-
other fax number.
CPress the {
Start
} key.

Dialing with Speed Dials

If you store a number in a Speed Dial,
when you want to dial it, just press
the{
Speed Dial
} key and enter a 2 or 3

Note
To check the contents of all Speed
Dials, print the Speed Dial list.
As standard, you can use codes 00-
99 for Speed Dials. If the optional
Function Upgrade Card is in-
stalled, codes 000 to 999 become
available.

a Speed Dial, you can find this
number quickly using the Tele-
phone Directory feature. P.75
