❒Flip the Quick Dial plate over to
access Quick Dial keys 01-32 or 33-
64.
❒You can have the label stored with
a Quick Dial printed on the first

ASet your document and select any
scan settings you require.
BPress the Quick Dial key in which
the destination's number is pro-
grammed.
If the destination's name has been
stored, the name is shown on the
display. Otherwise, the fax num-
ber is shown.
Note
❒If you make a mistake, press the
{
Clear
} key or {
Stop
} key and
try again. The {
Clear
} key de-
letes one character at a time, and
the {
Stop
} key deletes the whole
line.
❒If you wish to dial another des-
tination, press [
Add
] and dial an-
other fax number.
CPress the {
Start
} key.
Dialing with Speed Dials
If you store a number in a Speed Dial,
when you want to dial it, just press
the{
Speed Dial
} key and enter a 2 or 3

Dials, print the Speed Dial list.
❒As standard, you can use codes 00-
99 for Speed Dials. If the optional
Function Upgrade Card is in-
stalled, codes 000 to 999 become
available.

number quickly using the Tele-
