Storing and Using Auto-Dial Numbers

FUNCTION

4 Press /PAUSE .

5 Press the number keys to enter the new number.

• To clear a mistake, press	HOLD
	. If a pause is required between any of the

digits to access a special service or an outside line, press /PAUSE .

•If you do not wish to change the number, go directly to Step 6.

6 Press START .

7 Press the number keys to enter the new name (see Step 6 on page 49).

•If you do not wish to change the name, go directly to Step 8.

8	Press	START .	SELECT SEARCH
			▲: COMMON
			▼: PRIVATE

9 Press OFF to exit.

Clearing an auto-dial number

If you need to clear an auto-dial number, follow these steps:

1 Press		SEARCH once.		Cordless handset display:
				SELECT SEARCH
				▲: COMMON
				▼: PRIVATE
2 Press		to select the Common book,	Example: Common book selected
				COMMON DIAL
	or	to select the Private book.		▲▼: SEARCH
				FUNCTION: ENTRY
