To transfer the call to a cordless handset, enter the number of the handset.

3 The selected cordless handset (or the machine) rings.

4 The other person answers on the cordless handset or machine. Tell the other person that you are transferring the call, or that you are starting a conference call.

You can transfer a call to the machine or to a cordless handset.

You can make a 3-person conference call with one outside person and two people using cordless handsets (or the machine handset).

♦To make a conference call, first call the outside person (or have the outside person call you), then transfer the call to the third person, and then press the INTERCOM/CONFERENCE key (see the appropriate transfer procedure below depending on whether you are using a cordless handset or the machine handset).

1 During the call, press INTERCOM on the

cordless handset.

The numbers and names of the other cordless handsets appear

2 To transfer the call to the machine, press 0 .

• If nobody answers, press TALK to return to the initial caller.

5 If you are transferring the call, press OFF	to hang up.
If you are making a conference call, press	INTERCOM and begin the call.
